This hands-on program blends mentorship with structured training to prepare you for leadership responsibilities on post-frame projects. As part of the program you’ll lead a small crew, read blueprints, operate equipment, and gain skills in scheduling, customer service, and project management while advancing within Cleary’s career path.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work
