Cleary Building Corp. is seeking motivated individuals with construction experience who are ready to take the next step toward a Foreman role. This training program blends hands‑on experience with mentorship to develop leadership, communication, scheduling, and project management skills.

The role offers structured on‑the‑job coaching and Cleary's internal training programs, aiming to prepare employees for leadership opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck and haul trailers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Provide reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.
