Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. seeks motivated individuals for Construction Foreman in Training in Breese, IL. This hands-on program leads a crew, builds pre-engineered structures, and teaches blueprint reading while developing leadership and project management skills.

Participants receive structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and access to internal programs to advance into Foreman roles. Travel pay and bonuses may apply as experience grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction trades experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
