Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Construction Financial Coordinator to join the Construction Team at Baptist Downtown. This full-time, in-person role handles project accounting, invoicing, and budget tracking across Baptist Medical Center locations.

The position requires 2–3 years in office roles (preferably with finance exposure), proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, and the ability to learn multiple computer systems to support service lines.

Responsibilities

• Provides office support for team of construction professionals in projects across Baptist Medical Center and all outlying campuses.
• Processes all invoices for all projects and Owner Directed Purchases for all designated projects.
• Tracks all office labor and expense charges to projects.
• Coordinates with BMC finance on all project accounting, department labor charges, invoices, and construction database entries.
• Tracks all capital budget requests and coordinates with Finance as required.

Construction Financial Coordinator, Job Responsibilities

Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Financial Coordinator to join the Construction Team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity. Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

• Provides office support for team of construction professionals in projects across entire Baptist Medical Center and all outlying campuses.
• Processes all invoices for all projects and Owner Directed Purchases for all designated projects.
• Tracks all office labor and expense charges to projects.
• Coordinates with BMC finance on all project accounting, department labor charges, invoices, and construction database entries.
• Tracks all capital budget requests and coordinates with Finance as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
