The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years in construction finance, with strong Excel and analytical skills to drive reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with Schedule of Values (SOV) invoicing.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validate estimated project costs to complete with project leadership.
• Translate scope and schedule changes into budget updates.
• Lead KPI reviews and month-end adjustments with leadership.
• Assist with cost, pricing, and change orders for contracts.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly billing submissions.
• Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structure at award.
• Provide 36-month revenue and gross profit projections quarterly.
• Prepare and present financial results in monthly reviews.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting for project managers and executives.
