The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, variances analysis, and timely billing with a focus on cash flow and project controls. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting/finance with 5+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail in completing work tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong organization, communication and analytical skills.
• Apply accounting principles to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist cost control with budgets and manpower forecasts for multi-year projects.
• Monitor and analyze budget vs. actuals; identify variances and root causes.
• Develop accurate cash flow forecasts to keep projects cash-positive.
• Ensure timely complex multi-million cost-plus billing submissions each month.
• Lead procurement planning and ensure plans align with project milestones.
• Maintain and update Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) throughout the project.
• Support monthly financial forms and variance explanations to management.
