Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and tax-related processes across multi-location operations in New England and affiliated businesses. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this hands-on role partners with operations leaders to safeguard financial integrity and modernize finance processes.

You will oversee month-end closes, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and ERP optimization (Viewpoint Vista; SAP S/4HANA), mentor

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting/finance with leadership in multi-location business.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Viewpoint Vista or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting under US GAAP.
• Oversee GL, balance sheet, tax support, and audits.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with ops partners.
• Coach accounting team and modernize processes with automation.
