Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, in Atlanta seeks a Controller (Manufacturing) to lead the Finance & Accounting function. The role reports to the Finance Director in Atlanta and drives standardization, internal/external audits, and month-end close with robust variance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• CPA certification is preferred and experience with SOX/compliance is expected.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and HFM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and provide variance explanations.
• Own the balance sheet with strong policy and GAAP alignment.
• Oversee internal and external audit activities and remediation tracking.
• Drive standardization and scalable accounting processes across plants.
• Develop and coach a high-performing accounting team.
• Interface with senior management and across business units to influence decisions.
