Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an Accounting Controller in New Hampshire. You will lead the accounting function, manage financial reporting, internal controls, and budgeting processes while partnering with operations and senior leadership to drive financial integrity and process modernization.

The role reports to the VP of Finance and sits on the Finance Leadership Team, with responsibilities spanning multi-location operations and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Experience in construction/industrial environments preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax support.
• Maintain internal control environment and coordinate audits.
