Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a knowledgeable Accounting Leader to oversee all accounting activities, including journal entries, month-end closes, and financial reporting. You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and ensure controls and audits are compliant.

The role involves interaction with budget owners, policy development, and ERP system enhancements (JDE, OneStream, BO) to support accurate financial results.

Qualifications

• CPA, CMA or master's in accounting.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Managerial experience in a larger organization (> $100M revenue).
• GAAP accounting standards related to revenue recognition, lease accounting, and asset capitalization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of monthly close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Direct and coach a team to deliver development opportunities and strong performance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Develop and monitor department KPIs and internal controls.
