Job summary

DN is seeking a Field Recruiter – Construction Operations to source, screen, and hire field operations and craft talent for projects across the United States. You will collaborate with unions, labor agencies, and internal stakeholders to build a robust talent pipeline and align recruiting with DN’s 2030 growth plan.

As part of a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, you will lead full-cycle recruiting, plan career fairs, and manage data-driven hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel nationally to support hiring initiatives
• Experience collaborating with unions and labor agencies
• Knowledge of labor markets and workforce trends
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven recruiting

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for craft workers and field operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies for full-time construction employees
• Build and maintain relationships with unions, labor agencies, community organizations, schools, and job boards
• Plan, travel to and execute career fairs, hiring events, and brand exposure initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and align hiring with operations
• Manage and present recruitment data to track hiring trends and success rates
• Ensure hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
