QXO seeks a Field Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects, coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure materials, schedules, and quality meet expectations.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel to active job sites may be required, and safety compliance is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in field operations, construction, project coordination, or project management beneficial.
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities for assigned construction projects.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with schedules, specs, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate requirements between field personnel, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and address concerns.
• Verify completed work aligns with plans and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple active projects and changing priorities.
• Support project completion and closeout.
