Job summary

QXO is seeking a Field Manager, Customer Service to lead field activities for window and door installations in new single-family homes. You will manage pre- and post-installation walks, coordinate with builders and internal teams, and ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and codes.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, issue resolution, and material coordination on active construction sites with frequent travel and field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction or building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in measurements and basic math.
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between ABS and builders/superintendents.
• Coordinate with Order Entry, Service/Warranty, and Installation departments.
• Submit EPO requests for builder-related issues.
• Approve add-ons or field changes and request material pickups.
• Ensure work aligns with customer specifications and building codes.
• Conduct pre-walks and post-walk inspections.
• Train and support new Field Managers and monitor safety.
