Job summary

QXO is seeking a Field Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate successful execution of construction projects. You will work with customers, contractors, field personnel, and internal teams to ensure materials, schedules, and quality meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment while promoting safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities for assigned construction projects.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedules, specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate project requirements between field personnel, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and identify potential concerns.
• Verify completed work aligns with project plans and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple active projects and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Support projects through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate field schedules, milestones, material requirements, and other resources.
• Communicate schedule changes and project priorities to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate project information and provide updates.
