Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, estimating, and scheduling mechanical, civil, electrical, and heavy industrial construction activities.
• Support administrative and field tasks; review proposals, specs and drawings, perform material takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Learn to supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare work plans, ensure quality control, track costs and materials, and maintain safety records.
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, costs, and material usage.
• Assist with planning and scheduling for jobs and segments.
• Identify problems, investigate incidents, and propose viable solutions.
• Review plans to determine material quantities and pricing requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate delivery of materials.
