Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship to begin or continue employment.
• Understand project scheduling, cost control and reading owner specifications/ drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SureTrak, Hard Dollar, Revit, SAP, ProLog, or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel and relocate as required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to build, estimate and schedule systems.
• Support administrative and construction activities; review proposals, drawings, and takeoffs.
• Learn supervision of subcontractors and vendor communication.
• Prepare work plans, manage costs and materials, schedule equipment, and assist safety programs.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive in a fast-paced heavy construction environment.
