Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship to begin/continue employment.
• Understanding of project scheduling and cost control; able to read specs and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Willing to travel/relocate as required for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, estimating, and scheduling mechanical, electrical and heavy industrial systems.
• Support administrative and construction activities; review proposals, drawings, takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Learn to supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors.
• Prepare work plans,Quality control, cost/material tracking and safety program support.
• Demonstrate leadership potential in a fast-paced construction environment; relocation may be required.
