Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand project scheduling and cost control; read and interpret owner specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical and heavy industrial systems.
• Support administrative and construction activities; review proposals, drawings, perform takeoffs, prepare cost estimates.
• Learn to supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors; prepare work plans and track costs.
