Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily field operations, maintain safety standards, and help drive productivity on assigned projects. This role is a stepping stone within our field leadership team, offering exposure to coordination with crews, subcontractors, and experienced Superintendents.

Key responsibilities include daily crew coordination, material logistics, safety enforcement, and preparation of project documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or field operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily crew coordination and field operations, including organizing work activities and coordinating with crews and subcontractors.
• Support material coordination and jobsite logistics, including deliveries and equipment movement.
• Help maintain jobsite safety and quality by enforcing safety policies and monitoring work quality.
• Communicate safety concerns or issues to the Superintendent promptly.
• Support project documentation and reporting, including daily reports and progress updates.
