Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. You will own jobsite direction from start to finish, guiding crews and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

You will maintain strong communication with project management and operations, proactively managing risks, documenting progress, and developing recovery plans when challenges arise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects in a superintendent or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead field crews, subcontractors, and project professionals.
• Strong grasp of drawings, specs, schedules, sequencing, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and daily operational oversight on a commercial project.
• Plan and execute field operations to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain a visible presence on site to monitor progress, safety, quality, and coordination.
• Identify and address risks before they impact production or schedule.
• Develop recovery plans when schedules slip.
• Coordinate field workforce and resources per the project plan.
• Plan upcoming work proactively and escalate major issues.
