Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Field Compliance Associates for a new project in Trenton, NJ. The role involves ensuring postings are visible, badge control, daily sign-in/out, and conducting compliance interviews to verify prevailing wage rates and classifications.

The position requires strong ethics, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to tri-state job sites.

Qualifications

• Highly ethical with a proven track record of adherence to compliance standards.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency; experience with Elations software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees.
• Ability to transport self to/from different job sites in the tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and regularly confirm that all required job site postings are visible and posted.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractors are properly badged before site access.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractors sign in/out daily.
• Conduct labor compliance interviews with subcontractor employees to verify prevailing wage rate, classification, etc.
• Review subcontractor insurance and signed contracts to ensure eligible on site.
• Complete weekly summaries of job site activity and compliance for review by the Director of Compliance.
