Qualifications

• Experience with Elations software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail.
• Good judgment with timely, sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid state Driver’s License.
• Ability to transport to multiple job sites in the tri-state area.
• Deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and regularly confirm that all required job site postings are visible and posted.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractor workers are properly badged before site access.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractor workers sign in/out daily.
• Conduct and document labor compliance interviews with subcontractor employees.
• Review subcontractor insurance and contracts to ensure only eligible subcontractors are on site.
• Complete weekly summaries of job site activity and compliance for the Director of Compliance.
• Other related projects, as assigned.
