Job summary

Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Field Compliance Associates for a new project in Trenton, NJ. The role involves ensuring postings are visible, badges are issued, daily sign-in/out, and conducting labor compliance interviews. You will review subcontractor paperwork and provide weekly compliance summaries.

This temporary role supports various tri-state sites. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, bilingual in English/Spanish, have strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to

Qualifications

• Adherence to compliance standards and ethics.
• Experience with Elations software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel to tri-state job sites.
• DOL experience a plus.
• Deadline-driven and able to process requests quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and confirm that all required job site postings are visible and posted.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractor staff are properly badged before access to the project site.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractor staff sign in/out daily.
• Conduct labor compliance interviews to verify prevailing wage rates and classifications.
• Review subcontractor insurance and signed contracts to ensure eligibility.
• Provide weekly summaries of site activity and compliance for review by leadership.
• Handle other related projects as assigned.
