ETC Companies, LLC seeks a Field Compliance Associate for a new project in Saint Paul, MN. You will oversee and verify job site postings, ensure proper badging, and manage daily sign-in/out for GC employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include conducting labor compliance interviews, reviewing subcontractor insurance, and compiling weekly activity summaries for the Director of Compliance. The role requires travel to multiple sites in the tri-state area and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and regularly confirm that all required job site postings are visible and posted
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractor employees are properly badged
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractor employees sign in/out daily
• Conduct labor compliance interviews to verify prevailing wage rates and classifications
• Review subcontractor insurance and contracts to ensure eligibility
• Complete weekly summaries of job site activity and compliance
