Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and verify job site postings are visible and current.
• Ensure all GC employees and subcontractors are properly badged for site access.
• Ensure daily sign-in/out is completed by GC employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct and document labor compliance interviews to verify prevailing wage rates and classifications.
• Review subcontractor insurance and contracts to ensure eligibility for site access.
• Prepare weekly summaries of job site activity and compliance for the Director of Compliance.
• Assist on related projects as assigned.
