Qualifikationen

• 1 year grounds maintenance experience.
• Must lift/carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Able to work in extreme environmental conditions.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Landscaping, planting, trimming and maintaining flower beds, bushes, hedges, shrubs and trees.
• Cutting grass, weed-eating, edging and watering.
• Maintains entryways, sidewalks and grounds by cleaning and trash removal.
• Cleaning culverts, drains and ditches as needed.
• Assists with carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
