This role is responsible for developing, mentoring, and providing overall leadership to project staff with an emphasis on providing direct guidance and leadership to Field Management staff. This role is additionally responsible for assisting in project procurement support while providing management, supervision, and coordination to help ensure successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, and contract administration functions. The Construction Executive may be involved in corporate initiatives, both internal and external.## **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*** Twenty (20) years of construction operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least fifteen (15) years of progressing supervisory overall building construction experience* Construction experience in multiple market sectors such as Base Building, Interior, Renovation, Healthcare, Education and / or Mixed Use* Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and a familiarity with building codes* Strong decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills* Certifications for CPR / First Aid and OSHA 30-hour* Proficiency with computer-based scheduling software, spreadsheet applications, project management software, and virtual construction software* Knowledge and understanding of sustainable construction (ex. ensures compliance with all industry and corporate standards* Project Execution, Field Operations & Oversight + Manages and monitors the execution of multiple projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards + Exhibits mastery in utilizing project management software and systems to communicate, create, and manage project expectations across all team members + Actively contributes to discussions on best practices and trends within the construction industry, further establishing DAVIS as a leader in the field + Performs layout and control work for project needs + Participates in the preconstruction process and presentations;
