Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead and coordinate all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive new business development and manage project teams on diverse construction programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 18 years' related experience, strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, estimating, and BIM/LEAN technologies, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum of 18 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles and techniques.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to secure new business and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, design community, and organizations to generate new opportunities.
• Build high-performance teams through supervision, coaching, and mentoring with regular performance feedback.
• Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout and manage Master Project Schedule and budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to win new work for the Business Unit.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, safety, and QA/QC programs on all projects.
