Job summary

LeoForce in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a mid-level Construction Estimator to prepare cost estimates for commercial, healthcare and industrial projects. You’ll collaborate with PMs, architects and subs to verify requirements and analyze drawings for accurate numbers.

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years estimating experience; proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam. Salary ranges from $90k to $140k plus bonus and benefits. We offer a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial, healthcare or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather and verify project requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to create comprehensive estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering recommendations.
• Manage bid submissions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
