Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role.
• Experience preparing estimates for diverse projects including healthcare, education, and government.
• Strong knowledge of materials, processes, and equipment used in construction.
• Proficiency with cost estimation and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications.
• Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes for competitive pricing.
• Engage in bid preparation and submission to clients.
