LeoForce is a Southern California general contractor seeking an experienced estimator to join our team in Whittier, CA. The role focuses on developing pricing from drawings, performing takeoffs, and supporting value engineering initiatives.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal colleagues to produce accurate estimates for hard-bid and negotiated projects across healthcare, education, civic, and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience with a GC.
• Experience with takeoffs, GMPs, and conceptual estimates.
• Review drawings and develop detailed pricing.
• Coordinate with subs and internal teams.
• Support value engineering efforts.
