Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and researching costs.
• Prepares OPCCs and design-build project estimates using Timberline.
• Coordinates with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and bids.
• Develops purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment to the client.
• Develops detailed baseline schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs).
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Monitors budget and project reporting for accuracy.
