Job summary

• Utilizes Timberline to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design-build projects.
• Coordinates with project team to develop cost estimates and bid plans.
• Develops or assists in development of purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment.
