Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take‑offs and cost research.
• Uses Timberline to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design-build projects.
• Reviews pricing from project managers or procurement against OPCCs.
• Contacts subcontractors for current pricing and bidder interest.
• Participates in pre-bid job walks and Bid‑Day quote tabulations.
• May independently manage small pieces of construction projects.
