Job summary

Aristeo is seeking a motivated candidate to support estimating and project management on multimillion-dollar projects. You will work with Project Managers and Estimators, contribute to bid activities, and help maintain documentation and schedules.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, proficiency in Office and Primavera, and willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments. BIM/Bluebeam/GradeBeam experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera; BIM/Bluebeam/GradeBeam preferred.
• Excellent communication, reading& interpreting plans & specs, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and project management tasks; attend pre-bids and assist with submittals.
• Submit weekly quantities installed for productivity reporting on Self-Perform projects.
• Review drawings, specs, SOWs, addendums; manage document control and log updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers per project schedule; support daily field operations.
• Assist in creating closeout documentation and As-Built drawings; support project closeout.
