Aristeo seeks a motivated candidate to assist in estimating and project management on multimillion-dollar projects. You will work with Project Managers and Estimators, handle document control, and help coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules and milestones.

You will apply BIM, Primavera, and other tools while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance. This role involves travel and exposure to a fast-paced construction environment with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
• Ability to read plans and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the estimating process: attend pre-bids, quantity take-offs, and sub-bid solicitations.
• Submit weekly quantities installed for productivity reporting on self-perform projects.
• Understand project docs (drawings, specs, SOW, addenda).
• Manage document control: drawing log, RFIs, submittals, agendas/minutes.
• Prepare submittal packages with shop drawings and update submittal log.
• Ensure submittals meet project specs before submission.
• Update project punch list or issues matrix; review weekly productivity with PM.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers per schedule and assist on-site purchases.
• Support project closeout requirements and as-built drawings.
• Assist safety personnel and plan ahead with the project schedule.
