Zusammenfassung

Aristeo Construction is hiring a motivated professional to support estimating and project management on multimillion-dollar projects in the United States. You will work alongside Project Managers and Estimators, assist in pre-bid activities, scheduling, submittals, and closeout tasks, while ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of construction experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera.
• Experience with BIM and Bluebeam preferred.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Aufgaben

• Assist estimating with pre-bids, quantity take-offs, and sub-bid solicitations.
• Develop and update master and short interval project schedules.
• Submit weekly quantities installed for productivity reporting.
• Manage document control procedures (Drawing Log) and distribute documents to sub-trades.
• Prepare submittal packages and update submittal log with shop drawings.
• Track material status and project punch list/issues matrix.
• Review productivity reports and suggest improvements with PM and Superintendent.
• Coordinate sub-bid solicitations and procure resources (suppliers, manpower, equipment).
• Assist with daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers and manage changes.
