Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using scheduling and construction software is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and related project documents.
• Excellent analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and project management activities for multimillion-dollar projects.
• Attend pre-bids and take-offs, prepare submittals, and maintain document control.
• Support procurement with on-site material purchases and supplier coordination.
• Review weekly productivity reports and assist the PM with schedule updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform teams to align with project timelines.
• Assist with close-out documentation and As-Built drawings.
