Aristeo is seeking an ambitious team member to support estimating and project management on multimillion-dollar projects. You will work with Project Managers and Estimators, helping with pre-bids, take-offs, submittals, and document control while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers on the project schedule.

You will review drawings and specs, assist in daily reporting, and contribute to closeout activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Experience with BIM, GradeBeam and Bluebeam is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera; strong communication and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the estimating process as directed, including attending pre-bids and take-offs.
• Submit weekly quantities installed for productivity reporting on self-perform projects.
• Review project documentation (drawings, specs, SOW, addenda).
• Manage document control (RFIs, submittals, minutes, open issues).
• Prepare submittal packages with shop drawings and update submittal log.
• Ensure submittals meet project specs before submission.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent on subcontractors and schedule.
• Assist onsite material purchases and daily tasks.
• Assist with daily pre-task, man-hour reporting, meeting agendas/minutes, and other requirements.
• Support project closeout documentation and As-Built drawings.
