CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Estimator in Concord, NH to perform quantity take-offs, develop material price lists, and research costs for construction projects. The role supports project teams in preparing OPCCs and design-build bids, coordinating pricing with subs and suppliers, and assisting with submittals and change orders.

You will contribute to pre-bid walks, bid-day tabulations, and ongoing cost control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate cost estimates and timely

Qualifications

• Basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Experience with Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design-build projects.
• Reviewing pricing from subcontractors and procurement against OPCCs.

Responsabilités

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material price lists.
• Research historical data and develop guidelines and precedence for estimates.
• Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in pre-bid job walks and Bid-Day tabulations.
• Develop purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment.
• Assist with RFI processing and submittals.
