Responsibilities

• Produces accurate quantity and material take-offs from plans and specs for estimates.
• Enters take-offs and material unit prices for project estimates.
• Applies work breakdown structure and coordinates pricing with vendors.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
• Supports budgeting and purchasing plans with minimal senior oversight.
• Maintains document flow and administrative logging during estimate prep.
