Job summary

Charles + Charles USA, a Tier One contractor, is expanding its Mission Critical Division focused on data centres and seeks multiple estimators to support growth across markets including Atlanta, Austin, Dallas and Virginia.

Ideal candidates bring strong General Contractor estimating experience. You could be a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Assistant Superintendent transitioning into preconstruction and supporting winning bids in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have worked at a solid General Contractor.
• Background as Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Open to candidates transitioning into preconstruction.

Job description

We are working with a Tier One Contractor that have been in the data centre world for last 10 years. They are looking to significantly grow the Mission Critical Division which focuses on Data Centres. This is an exciting time for this major contractor who already Turnover in excess of $800million across a range of sectors.

They are heavily involved in the changing world within AI and looking for a number of Estimators to assist in the growth of this division.

You do not need Data Centre experience but must have worked at a solid General Contractor. You can be a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Super looking to transition into preconstruction.

Project Locations include Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Virginia.
