Thor is seeking 1–3 Pre-Construction Managers / Estimators for our Dallas office. The role centers on owning pre-construction and estimating activity from early budgeting to final bid submission, working directly with project executives, engineers and design partners to shape scope, cost and constructability before construction begins.
