Anchor Construction is seeking an experienced design/construction estimator to drive project estimates, budgets, and schedules from initial opportunity to execution. You will lead upfront client communications and oversee SOQ preparation while coordinating with operations for handoffs and subcontractor selection.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and industry software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and other industry software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate with clients about potential projects.
• Manage SOQ preparation for prospective projects.
• Maintain workload in a deadline-driven environment.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and contribute inputs for proposals.
• Support sales processes and subcontractor quotations.
• Research construction methods and materials to inform estimates.
• Assist in developing and reviewing contract documents.
