Responsibilities

• Create proposals for simple and complex RFPs.
• Receive and evaluate quotes for applicable scopes and alignment with bid documents.
• Qualify vendor proposals to avoid omissions/exclusions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
