The ideal candidate will have strong cost analysis skills, experience with estimating software, and the ability to manage multiple bids under deadlines. Collaboration with internal teams and external clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating commercial/multifamily projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong cost analysis and value engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Create proposals for simple and complex RFQ offerings.
• Receive and evaluate quotes for scopes and bid documents.
• Qualify vendor proposals and ensure scope alignment.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors; update contact records.
• Scan and file Subcontracts, Quotes, and Project Documents within 24 hours.
• Prepare detailed cost comparisons for Subcontractors.
