Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with subs, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
• Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to develop detailed bid packages.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure best value.
• Conduct material takeoffs and quantity surveys for all trades.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with project execution plans.
• Track and maintain bid calendars, deadlines, and proposal submissions.
• Identify potential project risks and incorporate appropriate contingencies into estimates.
