Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for accuracy, problem-solving, and helping projects come to life? We’re looking for an Experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Southeast Michigan.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to create detailed scopes of work for all work divisions
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering options
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and proposal development
• Evaluate and qualify subcontractor bids for optimal project cost creation
• Present budgets, schedules, and project cost summaries to prospective and/or existing clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a construction estimator (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documents
• Proficiency with estimating/takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
• Excellent communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines
