Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience with office, corporate or Class A commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the New York construction market.
• Experience producing conceptual through final estimates.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor pricing, bid levelling and scope review.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

We are working with a really strong General Contractor in New York who is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.

The ideal candidate will come from a GC background and have experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects, ideally including office buildings, corporate spaces or other high-quality commercial developments.

We are also supporting this client with additional hires across their New York team and would be keen to speak with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents with strong ground-up commercial construction experience.
