A highly respected commercial general contractor in NYC is looking to add a senior-level Estimator to support continued growth across commercial interiors and ground-up commercial work. This key position has direct influence over bidding strategy, project selection, and long-term company success.

Base Pay Range

US$170,000 – US$200,000 per year, plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed conceptual through hard‑bid estimates
• Perform quantity take‑offs and cost analysis
• Evaluate subcontractor pricing and scopes
• Support value engineering and bid strategy
• Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams
